Houston's suburbs are well known as some of the most diverse and academically excellent areas in the country. But young professionals continue to stream into the city itself as Houston's neighborhoods sustain an incredible resurgence.


1. East End: Located just east of downtown Houston, this neighborhood has seen a surge in development and revitalization in recent years, with new businesses, restaurants, and housing options popping up.


2. Midtown: This area is a popular spot for young professionals due to its central location, diverse mix of housing options, and vibrant nightlife scene.


3. The Heights: Known for its historic homes and tree-lined streets, The Heights has experienced a resurgence in recent years with new development and a growing number of restaurants, bars, and shops.


4. EaDo (East Downtown): Another neighborhood located just east of downtown Houston, EaDo has become a popular destination for foodies and sports fans due to its proximity to BBVA Compass Stadium and a variety of new restaurants and bars.
